I have been a patient of this doctor for the past two years. at every appointment she has been extremely helpful and informative, discussing my problem and treatments available. She referred me for further diagnostic tests at other centres but always kept me well informed. She spent a great deal of time with me, even calling me back at the end of what was obviously a busy clinic to perform a procedure on me. I cannot thank her or praise her enough and quite honestly would trust her with my life. I would certainly recommend her to anyone requiring an ENT specialist.

Since our first meeting, I have found MsAhmed and her team to be not only totally professional but friendly and apparently eager to make their patients feel at ease. All the questions of my wife and myself were answered honestly in easily understood language. I cannot praise too highly the treatment and its delivery that I have received to date. It would seem appropriate to mention that all MsAhmed's colleagues and those others I have encountered who come into contact with her seem to be in some awe of her and her abilities. A lovely woman surrounded by a great team.

During my one day stay I was treated very well by Ms S Ahmed and her team. All stages of the operation were explained in as much detail as I wanted, all members of the team from admin to doctors were caring, kind and good humoured. My concerns and questions were treated with the utmost respect and everyone listened to me. The provision of information during the day was impeccable but I had a hiccup two weeks before when I was sent to the wrong Hospital(Westmorland General) by the booking department. Can I mention the nurses in the ward where I was taken to recover. They were incredibly attentive, professional and generally helpful and caring. I was in some pain and could not speak but they checked me every few minutes. A range of food/drinks was offered bearing in mind my throat pain. Pain relief was regularly offered. I was massively impressed. The provision of information on discharge was a bit lacking, but I managed to find the information. Generally a first class experience, I couldn't have treated better in a 5* Hotel. My thanks to all concerned.

Ms Ahmed and her surgical team were very professional and I received excellent care. The link that lets down the system is the admin, six weeks after my surgery my case notes have still not been uploaded for my GP to access.

I have had two consultations with Ms Ahmed on each occasion she was very polite and attentive against a backdrop of a heavy workload, she listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked out my symptoms. Explained all options and potential risks of any necessary corrective surgery. I had full faith and trust in Ms Ahmed and would not hesitate in putting her name forward to other patients.
